Created with WRAS-approved materials, the Serpent is also fully approved by NSF Reg-4 and greatly simplifies the job of installers. The Serpent flexible connector is made entirely of stainless steel and is certified for use with potable water. The outer cover can easily be wiped clean and will maintain its attractive appearance for many years. To ensure quality and reliability, the product has been tested for leakage and pressure according to the standards set by BS EN ISO 1086:2003. The results show that it can withstand a maximum test pressure of 31.5 bar and a leak test of 1.5 times that pressure. The unique design even allows it to be formed around pipes or obstacles and maintain its shape once in place.
