Oceanfloor Routed Low-Profile

This underfloor heating system uses an 18mm high density screed type board and 12mm pipes to create a thermal mass, transferring the heat to the floor above.

The low-profile panels provide excellent heat outputs whilst keeping floor height build up to a minimum, making them ideal for projects where floor height build up is a consideration.

The underfloor heating pipes are positioned within the 18mm panel routing, allowing the highly conductive boards to transfer heat underfoot quickly, efficiently, and effectively throughout the room.

This system is a great alternative to pipe in screed systems in new homes on ground and upper floors.

Designed for Conductivity

At just 18mm in height, these panels can be laid directly onto concrete or floorboards and accept a variety of floor finishes, including tiles, laminate, LVT, engineered wood, and even carpet in well insulated homes.

The unique one-piece panel design features built-in pipe returns, enabling faster installation compared to systems with separate straight panels and end returns. Grooved at 150mm centres, it is compatible with 12mm pipe and works efficiently with low-temperature heat sources such as heat pumps and gas boilers.

For the Routed Low Profile system. we recommend applying an 8-10mm layer of Pro Level Ultimate self-levelling compound once the pipe and panel installation is complete.
